Mission and Purpose
The YMCA Swim Coaches' Association of Pennsylvania (YSCAP) is composed of member YMCA teams from the state of Pennsylvania. The mission and purpose of the association are to create an organized group of YMCA swim teams run by YMCA swim coaches dedicated to the successful growth of a swimmer's mind, body, and spirit, and to help all swimmers go beyond setting goals and find a true purpose for their life.

1/31/12ESTIMATED qualifying times for Y States. There are no concrete qualifying times to advance to States (swimmers
who finish in the top 12 individually at Districts advance), but this at least gives the swimmers an idea as to what
kind of time it will take to advance in each event.

Directions:
Take Interstate 83 to PA Exit 4 (Shrewsbury). From the exit ramp, follow PA Route 851 (E. Forrest Ave.) west
until you come to a traffic light at Main Street. Turn left onto Main. Follow Main Street south until you come to
a traffic light at Constitution Avenue. Turn right onto Constitution. The Y is on the left.
